2. Eligibility

You must be a resident of Nigeria and have an active MTN mobile phone number to participate in CashOut Trivia. You must be at least 13 years old to play.

3. Account Creation and Login

• Registration: To create a CashOut Trivia account, you need to provide a username, your MTN phone number, and a password.
• Two-Factor Authentication: For security, you will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS to your registered phone number when you log in to your account.
• Account Management: You can access your account settings to manage your profile, change your password, and add or remove phone numbers.

4. Subscription and Unsubscription

Subscription Options:

• Daily Subscription: To subscribe to the daily CashOut Trivia service, send "CD" to 585. You will be charged 100 Naira per day.
• Weekly Subscription: To subscribe to the weekly CashOut Trivia service, send "CW" to 585. You will be charged 400 Naira per week.
• Monthly Subscription: To subscribe to the monthly CashOut Trivia service, send "CM" to 585. You will be charged 1000 Naira per month.

Unsubscription:

To unsubscribe from the service, send the following keywords to 585:

• Daily Unsubscription: "STOP CD"
• Weekly Unsubscription: "STOP CW"
• Monthly Unsubscription: "STOP CM"

5. Game Play and Prizes

• Trivia Rounds: CashOut Trivia features trivia rounds with questions covering various topics.
• Scoring: Players earn points for answering trivia questions correctly.
• Prizes:
  • Daily Winner: The player with the highest score each day wins a prize (i.e., 2000 Naira airtime).
  • Monthly Winner: The player with the highest score each month wins a cash prize of 150,000 Naira.
• Prize Distribution:
  • Airtime: Daily airtime prizes are awarded via a 3PP MyHisa.
  • Cash: Monthly cash prizes are processed through manual transactions. The winner is directly contacted to arrange the transfer of their cash prize.
  • Payout Schedule: Prizes will be distributed each morning at 8:00 AM Nigerian time.
• Prize Eligibility: To be eligible for prizes, you must be a subscribed user of CashOut Trivia.

6. Third-Party Service

• Airtime and Cash Prizes: CashOut Trivia uses a third-party platform called MyHisa to process airtime and cash prizes. While we strive to ensure the security and reliability of the MyHisa platform, we are not responsible for any issues or delays related to their service.
• SMS Notifications: We use a third-party service, PISI Mobile, to send SMS notifications. By participating in CashOut Trivia, you agree to receive SMS messages via PISI Mobile.

7. Data Privacy

• We collect your mobile phone number, username, and email address when you create an account or subscribe to CashOut Trivia.
• We use this information for sending you prize notifications, and subscription confirmations, and managing your account.
• We do not share your personal information with third parties, except to process airtime prizes through our third-party partner, MyHisa. We only share your phone number with MyHisa to ensure that airtime prizes are correctly delivered to your MTN account. Additionally, your phone number will be shared with PISI Mobile for SMS notifications.
• We have carefully selected both MyHisa and PISI Mobile as our trusted partners, ensuring that their data handling practices meet our standards for user privacy.

8. Disclaimer

• While we make every effort to provide a high-quality and reliable gaming experience, CashOut Trivia is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your use of CashOut Trivia or the MTN network.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the CashOut Trivia service at any time without notice.
• Please ensure you have sufficient airtime on your MTN account to cover the subscription fees before subscribing to the daily, weekly, or monthly CashOut Trivia service.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed and construed per the laws of Nigeria.
